Established in 2008, AHA! (Angels Here Abound) Learning Center provides a free after-school program for public school kids, servicing over 2,000 students in the last ten years. Its flagship program, Excellent English program, is an English proficiency class. AHA is largely run by volunteers.

Rise Against Hunger

Rise Against Hunger is an organization that envisions a world without hunger. They pack and produce nutritious meals annually to their distributed partners around the world so that it may reach the most vulnerable communities. As of 2018, they have already served 794,700 people globally and is continuously doing so.

SEED

SEED (The School for Experiential and Entrepreneurial Development) is a registered educational institution under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and was licensed as the first institution to develop and offer the Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship. They equip students with the competencies to create social businesses that will help communities and rural areas develop through job and wealth creation.

Diamond Hotel Manila

Diamond Hotel Manila is a five-star hotel conveniently located near Manila Bay. It's only a few minutes away from the Manila International Airport, convention centers, cultural sites, historical landmarks, and shopping destinations.

Makati Diamond Residences

Owned by San Miguel Properties, Inc., Makati Diamond Residences is a luxury hotel located in the central business district of Makati, Philippines. This makes it accessible to multinational corporations, shopping centers, and other offices.

Project Pearls

Founded in 2010, Project Pearls is a not-for-profit organization that aims to end poverty.  Its mission is to help the poorest of the poor children to have a better life by giving them PEARLS: Peace, Education, Aspiration, Respect, Love, and Smiles through education, empowerment, nutrition, nourishment, and healthcare.

TSPI

Tulay sa Pag-Unlad, Inc. is a microfinance NGO whose mission is to provide individuals and communities the opportunities to experience the fullness of life through small and micro-enterprise development. TSPI provides the poor opportunities to lead self-sufficient, responsible, and dignified lives through a broad range of microfinance services for micro and small enterprise development.

 

Upskills Foundation

Upskills+ Foundation, a Philippine NGO, provides sustainable opportunities for those living in the impoverished areas of Tondo, Baguio City, and Bulacan. They help families work their way out of poverty through acquiring education and mentoring, livelihood and skills training, and holistic programs.

 

Ikano Foundation (Philippines)

The social development arm of the Ikano Group, the Ikano Foundation, helps bring into local communities its parent company's vision to create possibilities for better living. It shares the Ikano Group's belief that as a global, value-driven company, it must take responsibility and ensure the company has a positive impact on people and the planet.

In December, Ikano Foundation, through IKEA Philippines Better Toys for a Better World Christmas drive made a P1.2 million donation to Better World Smokey Mountain to help benefit the community's programs and projects.

 

Adarna Group Foundation

Adarna Group Foundation's work is premised on a concern for all Filipino children, a strong love of country, and the belief that literacy of a country's citizens is a key element in a country's growth. Its flagship program is Unang Aklat, a two-year early literacy program for children 0-3, their parents, municipality leaders and development workers. Other programs are Barangay Early Literacy Program, Read sa RHU (Rural Health Unit) and Unang Aklatan, an initiative to start early reader libraries in rural health units.

Waves for Water

Waves for Water is a humanitarian non-profit that believes that access to clean water is a fundamental human right. San Miguel has been a longtime partner of Waves for Water, providing water filters and clean water solutions to remote communities in water-scarce areas.
